Fourg Athletics is seeking a production technician to run our in-house production equipment printing apparel and decals.
We are looking for a detail-oriented energetic person who enjoys fast-paced production work and problem solving.
This is currently a 4-6 hour/day part-time position with full-time potential.
Daily tasks will include but not limited to:
Operate an embroidery machine, heat press and Direct To Garment printer Operate a large format printer, plotter and laminator Use computer to output projects Use ipad to direct workflow and report production status Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery Maintain a clean and organized workflow Master software to clearly communicate production status Maintain inventory on materials and reorder when needed Pick, pack and ship e-commerce orders Assist with shipping and receiving Experience and skills required:
Great team player Computer skills a must Effective communicator Ability to problem solve Excellent time management Ability to handle multiple tasks at once Attention to detail and focus on quality of work Comfort with requests to change direction to best suit the workflow Positive, professional and teamwork mindset; a true can-do attitude Interest in learning new skills and recommending tested quality improvements Must be able to work at a fast pace environment, experiment and show a level of independent creativity.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
