Position:
Payroll Support Specialist Duties and
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients in a responsive, friendly, and professional manner in order to prepare accurate and timely payroll for the client through phone conversations and email correspondence.
Work in a team setting to ensure timely service and complete a full payroll package.
Perform Data Entry of payroll information Fulfill Client Report Requests using Custom Report Software Support clients by using Remote Support Software and having a working knowledge of proprietary payroll software being utilized.
Maintain various client database(s) as necessary Communicate to the Client Services Manager, Operations Manager, and IT department the desires of the client / user based on customer feedback.
Contribute to the content and organization of all written materials used for the purpose of staff and client education and support Uphold confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
Required Skills/
Experience:
Customer Service skills Computer Literacy Effective verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office Platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel) Preferred Skills/
Experience:
Associates Degree in Related field or Applicable Experience Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems Experience with AS400 Experience with LogmeinRescue or other Remote Suport Softwares Prior experience or knowledge of business to business services, finance, accounting Job Type:
